Dog Friendly Weekend Events – August 2 – 3, 2014

Looking for something fun to do with your pooch this weekend? Party or walk to help animals.

Saturday, August 2

Woofstock; Tacoma, Wash. 1o a.m. to 3 p.m. at Todd Field, 1500 n Warner Street. Cost: free but donations are appreciated. Woofstock is a huge pet adoption music festival. Rescue and adoption groups from all around the Northwest will join vendors and demonstrations for a day filled with fun and music for the whole family, including your pets. For more information, click here.

Sunday, August 3

Walk for the Animals 2014; Napa, Calif. 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park. Cost: $25. Enjoy a fun, leisurely walk through Downtown Napa (with or without a pooch!) in support of pets throughout the Napa Valley. Participants receive a Walk for Animals t-shirt and a goodie bag. Enjoy music, contests, and pet-centric activities at the after party. For more information, click here.
