#WhynotMEpet of the Week: Manchas

My name: Manchas (male) My age: 1.5 years

Adopt me at: Yakima Humane Society

About me: I was found in August with my buddy Seous (see his profile above), and I seem to get along with other dogs as well. I am very social, and an expert cuddle buddy. I’m already very large at 72 pounds and I could get even bigger! I enjoy hanging out in the park, but I want a person to be with me, I’m not always very brave. I’m a big goober and a gentile adventure pal, ready to find a family to explore the Pacific Northwest!

#WhynotMEpets is a statewide campaign that gives cats and dogs needing more care and attention a greater chance of finding a home as quickly as possible. Its mission focuses on animals that have been homeless for two months or longer; are elderly; have behavior or medical needs; aren’t thriving in the shelter environment; or make up a large percentage of the shelter population, such as bully breeds. These are the animals asking “Why not me?” To learn more, visit pawsitivealliance.org/whynotmepets.
