Celebrate the summer solstice in the always fun and quirky Fremont neighborhood. You have three days and ways to play with a variety of activities from live music to shopping and people (& dog) watching! Celebrate til the sun goes down both Friday and Saturday nights with beer gardens and music going late.
Day 1 - Friday Night Pre-Party - 4-11 p.m.
The event beer garden and Redhook Main Stage will be open late to quench your thirst with your favorite summer brews and great live music until the sun sets.
Day 2 - Saturday Parade & Fair - 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
The whimsical Fremont Solstice Parade, produced by the Fremont Arts Council, kicks of at 12 noon starting at 3rd Ave NW & NW 36th St and proceeds to Gasworks Park, where you can shop, eat and mingle at over 300 fair vendors featuring handmade crafts, worldly imports, and scrumptious fair food.
Day 3 - Sunday Dads & Dogs Day - 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
You won’t want to miss the dog parade! Fairgoers are invited to bring their four-legged friends on Sunday to participate in this fun pup procession. The parade starts on the west end of the Fair next to the Waterfront Stage.
Registration takes place on-site next to the Waterfront Stage from 11am-2:30pm. A $10 registration fee to COLA, Citizens for Off Leash Areas, is required per dog family. Dogs will parade through the Fremont Fair grounds starting at 2:30pm led by Tubaluba, a great brass band!
