About me: I have loved and tried to rescue animals all my life, since about the age of 10. I have had a little bit of everything..I have shown dogs ( Irish wolfhounds) many years ago, as well as competed and belonged to many area horse associations. I had been dogless (not by choice) for much to long, but got back into dog ownership 2 years ago, and am now owned by two lovely rescue kids!...Simon, a border collie mix, who I got from my daughter, and Mirabella, a beautiful special needs catahoula leopard hound. Bella was found wandering in the Arizona desert, after giving birth. The puppies were never found. She weighed 20 lbs, at approx. 3-4yrs. old! She has severe hip dysplasia and is very epileptic. I guess that's why she went from owner to owner, but no more. She now has her forever home.
